Questions
How many sites can I use one license on?
As many as the plan says: 1, 3 or 20 sites. Local development sites (localhost, .local, .test) don’t count.
What’s the difference between yearly and lifetime?
A yearly license renews every year and includes updates and support while it’s active. A lifetime license is paid once and includes updates and support for as long as AnimateGL Pro is sold.
What happens when a yearly license ends?
Your pages keep working and every block stays visible. Pro’s effects stop playing until you renew, and the free plugin’s animations keep working.
Can I move a license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the old site from its AnimateGL page, then activate it on the new one. You can also manage your sites in your Freemius account.
Do I need the free plugin too?
No. AnimateGL Pro includes everything in the free plugin. If the free plugin is active, Pro takes over and keeps your animations.
I bought the Entrance Pack or Fade Pack. Do I still need them?
No. Their presets are built into Pro. The packs are still sold on CodeCanyon for sites that use the free plugin.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. See the terms.
How do I install Pro after buying?
The email from Freemius has your license key and a download link. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip, activate it and enter the key. The licensing docs have the details.
