These terms apply when you buy AnimateGL Pro on animategl.com.
Who sells AnimateGL Pro
AnimateGL Pro is sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is also subject to the Freemius terms.
Licenses
- A license lets you use AnimateGL Pro on the number of live sites in your plan: 1, 3 or 20.
- Local development sites (localhost, .local, .test) don’t count toward that number.
- A yearly license renews automatically each year until you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time in your Freemius account.
- A lifetime license is paid once.
- Updates and support are included while your license is active.
When a license ends
Your pages keep working and every block stays visible. Pro’s effects stop playing until you renew.
Refunds
If AnimateGL Pro doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Freemius.
Software license
The free AnimateGL plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, the same license as WordPress.
AnimateGL Pro has two parts. Its PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Everything else in it, including its JavaScript, CSS and WebGL shaders, is proprietary: your license lets you use them on the number of sites in your plan, and you may not redistribute or resell them.
